Basil Mint Rosemary and Thyme: optimizing seasonal HERBS in cooking and floral arrangements.

I’m thrilled to be collaborating with the amazing chef, Laura Scheck, of Teaching Table. Together we are going to focus on the edible leaves from your favorite aromatic plants! 

What’s not to love about fresh Herbs. They enhance your cooking of course.

Chef Laura will demonstrate and facilitate a live discussion highlighting various uses for herbs that will extend their shelf life and maximize their flavor. Together, we will make a scratch-made pesto with any herbs you have.

But before you start chopping, we will create arrangements with herbs and seasonal flowers - so you can see how many different floral/plant materials can be used to delight both for your eye and your palate.
